Whenever I meditate on what is happening in this time, it makes me understand the time in which we are, and what is about to come.
So many of us may not understand all what is happening in this present time.
There may be a number of questions in your head, and even Sometimes you ask the people around you if they can provide answers to your questions.
You may ask some questions like ;
Why is sin increasing?
Why is wickedness everywhere even when the good message is being preached day by day and everywhere?
Why is there excessive hardship?
Why are there wars among nations and tribes?
Why do many people love the things of the world more than the things of God?
Why are Christians falling back from the faith?
I tell you, do not be surprised.
Let this hour not be an unexpected moment to you because all what we see and hear were foretold.
So must it be because the end time is near your door step.
The one who is to come will soon be here -Jesus Christ our Saviour.
Now hear this dearly beloved!
This is a call to wake up from our sleep.
The time is not good to fall asleep.
The days are still passing by, and our years of stay are gradually ending.
The pleasures of this world have dazed us and made us blind and deaf.
We can no more see nor hear.
Darkness is hoovering around us.
Our eyes are so thick for deep sleeping.
For how long must we stay in our sleep?
Oh precious one of God!
Will Christ Jesus come to meet you in your deep sleep?
No way! Be on your feet.
Rekindle the fire of God inside of your heart, lest ye be stolen by the devil.
In your deep sleep, he drags you gradually closer to the gates of hell.
Wake up! Put yourself together again, receive heavenly power and move on unswervingly.
This is not the time to sleep!
What does the scripture say : Romans 13:11 And that, knowing the time, that now it is high time to awake out of sleep: for now is our salvation nearer than when we believed. 12 The night is far spent, the day is at hand: let us therefore cast off the works of darkness, and let us put on the armour of light. 13 Let us walk honestly, as in the day; not in rioting and drunkenness, not in chambering and wantonness, not in strife and envying. 14 But put ye on the Lord Jesus Christ, and make not provision for the flesh, to fulfil the lusts thereof.
The scripture tells it clearly.
The time is near, Our Lord is coming soon.
This announcement is a reminder from the LORD, our soon coming King.
This is not a false message , but it is from the breath of God Almighty.
How prepared are you to meet your Saviour and King now??
PRAYER :
Merciful Father, teach us Your ways and guide us home safely.
Help us prepare ourselves in readiness and wait for You even as You are coming soon to take us up above the skies. Have mercy on us Spirit of God. In Your Hands we commit ourselves, keep us so that we will not be stolen by the devil even in this end time. I pray for myself and also for Your people, I ask You these from the deep down of my heart. Oh my Lord and my King, hear my cry and answer me for the sake of Your unfailing love towards us and what You have commissioned me to do. In Your mercy, I pray with my fragile heart, Let not even one of the elect be swept away by the pleasures of the world. Help us in Your unending mercy, Amen.
